PBR came out today and fixed my Generator. Thank you Phillip Ranew. They were very easy to get a hold of and very responsive.

I can’t say enough good things about PBR.
These guys are legit! The owner, Phillip, is cordial and patient. The whole crew is super professional and knows what they’re doing.
The work site looked good and clean when finished the job.
The owners dad, Steve, explained in detail how everything worked.
I’m happy to have used PBR for my Generac purchase and installation.
I recommend contacting PBR if you’re in the market for purchasing a home stand-by unit. They also had a very competitive price which made my decision to go with them easy.

5-Star Review for PBS Power Systems

PBS Power Systems is beyond awesome! They have been maintaining my generator for some time now, and I couldn’t be happier with their service. They respond immediately to any question or concern I have, and they consistently stay on top of all the maintenance without me ever having to follow up.

James McDaniel, in particular, is outstanding at his craft. His professionalism, knowledge, and attention to detail give me complete confidence that my generator is in the best hands possible.

If you’re looking for a company that truly cares about their customers and delivers exceptional service every time, I highly recommend PBS Power Systems.

Would definitely recommend these guys. Always great communication. Answers all my questions and goes above and beyond to help make sure my family is ready to weather the oncoming hurricane season. Thanks guys and keep up the good work.

PBR Power Systems did an excellent job repairing my generator. Turned out the issue was something from the factory and they caught it right away. Philip got it all fixed up without any hassle and the generator was up and running in no time!

Quick, near immediate response with excellent communication. Knowledgeable with troubleshooting and was able to solve the issue with my generator quickly. Factory certified so they were able to utilize the extended warranty for coverage. Much better than the prior service company I was using. Highly recommend!

From professionalism to quality work these guys are top tier. Installing, repairing, and servicing these guys do it all and they do it right. Thank y’all for the honest and quality work.

Phillip came out for a service call on my Generac that was just installed 2 weeks ago.(Imagine That) The company that installed it came out and couldn’t figure out what was wrong with their own installation. So I put in a service call he showed up knew exactly what he was doing checked all my connections made a few adjustments updated my Generac. Guess what it’s magically working. He’s the real deal. I wish he would have put it in, and any future issues, don’t worry I got him on speed dial.. Thanks Phil I appreciate it..

Can’t say enough good things about these guys! They know what they’re doing and actually answer the phone. Phillip has worked on my welding machine twice and brought it back to life when I thought it was done for. Highly recommend

I cannot say enough positive words about our experience with PBR Power Systems!! From the initial visit when the job was reviewed and quoted to when the final post installation tests were completed. The folks at PBR were qualified, professional and committed to ensuring our generator performed properly and a clean, neat installation was provided. If you’re considering a stand by generator, you won’t be disappointed with Phillip and the PBR team.

Amazing service! Highly recommend.
